Press the Calendar button to run the Calendar application.

Select the Data menu option and then New event.

Type in a description or press the Down arrow key to select from default descriptions and any you've previously added yourself.

Use the Tab key to move through the remaining fields.

The Location field works in the same way as the Description field in that you can type in a new location or select from the default locations offered and any you've previously added yourself.

When the date fields have focus you can press the Space bar to display a calendar to select from.
