Our Returns PolicyWe've made returns as easy as possible for you. You may return or exchange a product within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. To return goods to Fig Labs - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging. Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and a description of the fault. Send the package to Returns Department, Fig Labs Limited, Priest House, Priest Lane, Sopley, Christchurch, BH23 7BA, United Kingdom. You can return your items by post or national carrier [City Link is recommended] and remember to insure and track the item(s). When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within four weeks of our receiving your return. You can also view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Items returned within 21 days because they are damaged, defective or incorrectIf your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 21 days, you can return them to Fig Labs for repair or replacement. If you are returning an item within 21 days because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off periodBy law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of sending the item to you. where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
Items returned under the twelve-month manufacturers warrantyAfter 21 days products covered under warranty should be returned to Fig Labs for repair or replacement - Fig Labs manages the returns process with the manufacturers and distributors on your behalf. Please note that although Sharp has a very reasonable approach to warranty repairs, damage due to misuse is not covered. The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
